Care Collaborative's Affinity Groups
Affinity GROUPS
Those who attended the National Dementia Care Collaborative (NDCC) Autumn Summit on November 19, 2024 had the opportunity to participate in an affinity group led by team members from one of six evidence-based comprehensive dementia care models that are part of the NDCC.
Each of the model teams are hosting additional affinity groups for anyone who is interested in learning more about their model. These meetings are open to all and each will focus on model-specific implementation questions.
