GUIDE Webinar Session 5

During the event, speakers from UCLA and Emory University, both established-track GUIDE programs, will provide insight into Dementia-related and GUIDE Billing Practices.

Carolyn Clevenger, DNP. Dr. Clevenger is a clinical track professor and gerontological nurse practitioner. She is a nationally recognized educational leader in advanced practice nursing and in geriatrics and gerontology. She is the founder and director of the comprehensive dementia care model, Integrated Memory Care Clinic (IMC). IMC represents an innovative practice that provides memory and primary care in a single integrated model for people living with dementia and their care partners and is an active GUIDE participant.

Michelle Panlilio, DNP, GNP-BC. Dr. Michelle Panlilio is the National Lead Dementia Care Specialist (DCS) for the dissemination efforts of the UCLA ADC Program. While she maintains clinical responsibilities within UCLA, she serves as faculty for the UCLA ECHO lecture series (in collaboration with the Alzheimer's Association), lead DCS for UCLA geriatric physician fellows completing their dementia-focused training, and as Assistant Clinical Professor for the UCLA School of Nursing. She participates on several advisory boards within the UCLA Health System and has presented to national and international audiences.
