The National Dementia Care Collaborative invites you to an engaging evening dedicated to advancing high quality dementia care and exploring the impact of the CMS GUIDE Model. This special in-person event, Screen. Share. Connect., brings together thought leaders, caregivers, and advocates for a mix of film, conversation, and collaboration.

We’ll kick off with a welcome from leaders in the field, followed by a screening of the Taking Care documentary. A panel response will offer reflections, and attendees will then engage in interactive solution stations focused on challenges in dementia care. The evening will close with informal networking and a reception, offering hors d'oeuvres and drinks.
