During the event, established and new-track GUIDE participants will share their strategies to establish partnerships to provide respite services to GUIDE beneficiaries. Their insights and advice will be helpful to both established- and new-track GUIDE participants. Our presenters include:

Salli Bollin, MSW, LSW, is the Executive Director of MemoryLane Care Services, a CMS approved respite service provider. MemoryLane operates adult day centers throughout Ohio.

Brooke Pawlecki, LPN, is the GUIDE Care Navigator at the University of Toledo, an established-track program.

Wendy Mohlman, EdD-c, MS-GERON, RN, is a Dementia Care Navigator for the GUIDE Program at the Aging Brain Care Program, University of Utah.
